This community service program was initiated to address the crucial legality of marriage within the framework of positive law in Indonesia. The main focus of the activity is on the Jatimulya Village community, which tends to prioritize the sociological and religious validity of marriage over state administrative aspects. This phenomenon often triggers legal complications, particularly regarding inheritance rights and access to children's identities. Through a strategic collaboration with the Rangkasbitung Religious Court, this program integrates education on the urgency of marriage certificates with concrete facilitation of marriage confirmations. This synergy aims to strengthen legal literacy while ensuring legal certainty for family resilience in the region. Thus, this community service activity contributes significantly to increasing public legal awareness, providing administrative convenience, and encouraging legal certainty and family well-being.
