Peer Review Process
Elementary Learning, Instruction, Teaching and Education Journal implements a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of all published articles. The review process is conducted in accordance with the principles of objectivity, confidentiality, and transparency.
Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following stages:
1. Initial Screening
The editor conducts an initial evaluation to assess the manuscript’s alignment with the journal’s aims and scope, completeness of administrative requirements, and compliance with author guidelines and publication ethics.
2. Plagiarism Screening
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are checked for similarity using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts that exceed the acceptable similarity threshold will be returned to the authors for revision or rejected.
3. Peer Review Process
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to two or more reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject area of the article. Elementary Learning, Instruction, Teaching and Education Journal applies a double-blind peer-review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed.
4. Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers’ evaluations, the editor makes one of the following editorial decisions:

5. Revision by Authors
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments within the specified timeframe and resubmit the revised manuscript through the journal’s online system.
6. Final Decision and Publication
The editor conducts a final evaluation of the revised manuscript. Accepted articles proceed to the copyediting and publication stages.
